What Drawing tablet do you use?
Just a wacom bamboo tablet, it's super small but I have super small hands so it's perfect for me, I actually dislike working on screen tablets, I feel my hand gets in the way and it can put me in an uncomfortable position to draw.
What drawing program do you use?
I use Paint Tool SAI 2, I used to use paint tool sai but it sucks because it doesn't have necessary features such as text, SAI 2 has those features.
I also have Clip Studio Paint and I've been wanting to learn to use it for a while but moving over from SAI 2 is hard for me.
